All products sold on this website are digital audio files (sample packs).
No physical delivery is made
Products are available for download immediately after purchase

All prices are displayed in EUR and include all applicable taxes (TTC), unless stated otherwise.
Shark Samples reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
6. Order Validation
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed.
You will receive a confirmation email with access to your digital download.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, for digital content:

❌ Make the samples available as standalone files
❌ Upload them to sample libraries or marketplaces
10. Liability
Shark Samples shall not be held liable for:
incompatibility with user equipment or software
improper use of the products
indirect or consequential damages
11. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to downloads or website availability.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation.
13. Disputes
In case of dispute, the customer is invited to contact us first at:

Consumers may also use mediation services in accordance with French law.
